Structural Timber Inboard
Under Floor Heating System
This is a 2 in 1 system comprising a structural floor board with an under floor heating system.
Our cut to size boards are heat and moisture resistant cleverly slotting together to create a structural solution with pre-routed channels to enable 12mm underfloor heating pipes to run at 150mm spacings with built in circle return points to enable flexibility in system design and output efficiency. In some instances, the final floor finish can be installed directly onto this system, but we recommend a 6mm ply is fitted prior to the final floor covering installation.
Once installed the system is pressure tested, the system must hold pressure for at least 24 hours prior to the final screed being applied.
